No plan includes fixes, and no plan locks you out of them. When something breaks, you order one and see the price first.

Runs automatically: restarts a stopped service after its configuration test passes, frees disk space, renews certificates, small configuration fixes with a backup copy first. Credited in full against a deep fix ordered within 24 hours.
Billed in 15-minute blocks, excl. VAT
We take over the rest, around the clock: updates, repairs, complex problems. Each started block counts; the estimate you see before you order is the upper limit. If we could not carry it out, you pay nothing.

Yes. The free plan includes 50 website monitors (HTTP and keyword checks every 5 minutes), 5 SSL checks once a day, email and app alerts and one status page. Commercial use is allowed. It stays free for as long as you use it; unused accounts are closed after a long period of inactivity.
Yes. Fixes can be ordered on every plan. On the free plan you prepay the estimated minutes at checkout; businesses with a valid VAT or tax ID can use a prepaid balance instead.
Yes. The server agent is included from Pro; the number of servers depends on the plan and is shown in the comparison above. Website checks work on every plan without any agent.
The free plan includes 5 SSL checks that run once a day. Paid plans include more checks, as shown in the comparison. The free SSL checker works without an account.
Yes. A plan runs until the end of the billing period you paid for and is not renewed after you cancel. The details are in our refund and cancellation policy.
Without. All prices are net, excl. VAT. The tax for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.
They stay with you as a minute voucher and are counted automatically towards your next fix. A minute voucher is never money and expires after 12 months without an order. Included minutes of the 12-month plan "Automatic fixes" are separate: they are used by automatic fixes and lapse at the end of the term. If we could not carry out the fix at all, you get a refund instead.

Yes. Resellers and white-label partners pay per monitor from a prepaid balance with volume discounts, and sell at their own prices. See white label and the partner program.
No credit card for the free plan. And whichever plan you choose: when something breaks, we can fix it.
