White label repair

Server repair under your brand, priced per fix, not per hour.

For hosting providers and agencies: your customers get monitoring and, when something breaks, a repair they order from you, in your panel, under your name. You pay a fixed price per quick fix and 15-minute blocks for a deep fix, with your partner discount, from your prepaid balance. No hourly support contract, no retainer, and we never contact your customers.

Everyone starts as a partner. Once approved, you upgrade to reseller or white label in the partner area.

Why hosting providers sell repair, not hours

Your customers do not want an alert at 3 a.m. They want the server back. That is what they will pay you for.

  • A price per fix

A quick fix costs a fixed price. A deep fix is billed in 15-minute blocks, and the estimate shown before the order is the upper limit. You know your cost before the work starts and can sell it at your own price.

  • Under your brand

With white label, your customers order in your panel on your domain, get the report there and emails from your mail server. As a reseller, the same runs under the Centoculus name.

  • Around the clock

Quick fixes and deep fixes run at night and on weekends too. Your own support queue stays short, and nobody on your side has to be on call for a full disk.

  • From your prepaid balance

Every fix is charged to your balance with your partner discount: reserved when ordered, charged when done, released if we could not carry it out.

  • Automatic if you like

Switch on automatic fixes per server or monitor: a fix starts when a check fails, with a waiting time against short glitches and a monthly limit you set.

  • Safe on customer servers

Configuration test before every restart, backup copy before every change, every session logged and visible. Access is withdrawn with one click.

How a repair runs for your customer

  1. A check fails

Website, server or certificate: the monitoring under your brand alerts your customer.

  2. The fix is ordered

You order it for the customer, the customer orders it in your panel, or an automatic fix starts. The price is shown before the order.

  3. Fixed and reported

We carry out the fix on the customer's server and the report appears in your panel: what was found, what was done, every session logged.

What a quick fix and a deep fix do

  • Quick fix, at a fixed price: restarts a stopped service after its configuration test passes, frees disk space, renews certificates, makes small configuration fixes with a backup copy first
  • A quick fix never installs packages, never reboots the server, never deletes website files or databases; if it cannot solve the problem, it reports what it found
  • The quick fix is credited in full against a deep fix ordered within 24 hours
  • Deep fix, billed in 15-minute blocks: updates, repairs and complex problems; the estimate is the upper limit
  • If we could not carry out a fix at all, nothing is charged

Every detail, including the follow-up check: fixes when something breaks.

Servers and webspaces of your customers

A fix needs a way onto the server, in one of three ways: the Responder (a small program installed with one command as root, outbound HTTPS only, works behind a firewall or NAT), SSH as root on a VPS, dedicated or cloud server, or a restricted SSH user for a webspace on shared hosting. In a webspace we fix what lies inside it: logs, .htaccess, PHP settings, permissions, caches.

The server agent for monitoring is separate: it only reports metrics and is never a way in for fixes. Access lasts as long as you or your customer decide.

Your partner discount on every fix

The same discount applies to quick fixes and deep fixes, for resellers and white label. Current figures from the partner terms:

Fixes for your customers: 20 % partner discount.

Minimum top-up $500. White label: minimum $550 per month. Reseller: no monthly minimum.

Monitoring prices and discount tiers are on the white label and partner program pages. All prices are net, excl. VAT.

How to start

  1. Apply as partner

Sign up for the partner program with your company details. Partner and customer accounts are separate and each need their own email address.

  2. Upgrade to reseller or white label

Once approved, upgrade in the partner area. For white label, add your domain, logo, colors, mail server and payment accounts.

  3. Top up and sell

Top up your balance, put fixes into the packages you sell at your own prices, and your customers order them from you.

Questions about white label repair

Do my customers see Centoculus?

With white label, no: orders, reports, emails and status pages carry your brand, and we never contact your customers. As a reseller, your customers use Centoculus under our name, and you bill them yourself.

How is a fix billed to me?

A quick fix at a fixed price, a deep fix in 15-minute blocks with the estimate as the upper limit, each with your partner discount, charged to your prepaid balance. If we could not carry out the fix, the reserved amount is released.

What do I charge my customers?

Your price. You sell packages and fixes at the prices you choose, with your own invoices; with white label through your own Stripe or PayPal account.

Can fixes start without anyone ordering them?

Yes. Switch on automatic fixes per server or monitor: a fix starts when a check fails, after a waiting time against short glitches, within a monthly limit, only with enough balance, and never a second one while one is running.

What does a fix need on the customer's server?

The Responder, SSH as root, or a restricted SSH user for a webspace. SFTP alone is not enough. Every session is logged and shown in the panel, and access is withdrawn with one click.

Is there a monthly minimum?

For white label, yes; resellers have none, only the minimum top-up of the balance. The current amounts are shown above.
