White label
Your brand, our monitoring, and fixes when your customers need them.
White label website monitoring for hosting providers and agencies: your customers sign up on your domain, see your logo and colors, get emails from your mail server and pay through your Stripe or PayPal account. Behind it runs Centoculus: uptime checks from three continents, the Linux server agent, SSL checks, status pages and, on request, a fix when something breaks. We never contact your customers.
Everyone starts as a partner. Once approved, you upgrade to reseller or white label in the partner area.
Reseller or white label
Two ways to sell monitoring to your own customers. Both use the same prepaid balance and the same volume prices.
What your customers see
Only you. Every surface a customer touches carries your name.
-
Sign-up and panel on your domain
monitoring.yourbrand.com, with your logo, your colors and your legal pages. Light and dark mode follow your brand colors.
-
Emails from you
Alerts, invoices and sign-up confirmations are sent through your mail server with your sender address. No Centoculus in the headers.
-
Status pages without our name
Your customers get status pages on their own domains, branded for them, with no mention of us.
-
Your app in the stores
Optionally your own app for iOS and Android: your name, your icon, published under your name. We build it and keep it updated.
-
Your payment accounts
Customers pay you through your own Stripe or PayPal account; you pay us from your prepaid balance. Your prices, your invoices, your terms.
-
Your packages
Define the packages you sell, from a free tier to a plan with the server agent and fixes. Limits and prices are yours to set.
Fixes your customers buy from you
Alert-only monitoring is a commodity. The fix is what your customers will pay for, and what keeps your own support queue short: a quick fix at a fixed price for the common causes, a deep fix billed in 15-minute blocks for the rest, around the clock. You order it for a customer, or the customer orders it in your panel; we carry it out on their server through the Responder, SSH as root or SSH access to their webspace, and you get the partner discount.
- Quick fix: restarts a stopped service after its configuration test passes, frees disk space, renews certificates; never installs packages, never reboots, never deletes website files or databases
- Deep fix: updates, repairs and complex problems, billed in 15-minute blocks; the estimate is the upper limit
- Every session logged and visible; access withdrawn with one click
- Partner discount on every fix, charged to your prepaid balance
How fixes work in detail, including what they need and what they never do: fixes when something breaks. Repair as a service under your brand, priced per fix: white label server repair for hosting providers.
Prices for resellers and white label

How to start
-
Apply as partner
Sign up for the partner program with your company details. Partner and customer accounts are separate and each need their own email address.
-
Upgrade to white label
Once approved, upgrade in the partner area, add your domain, logo, colors, mail server and payment accounts, and top up your balance.
-
Sell
Define your packages, put the sign-up link on your site and in your hosting panel, and your customers start monitoring under your brand.
In your language
Your customers get the app, alerts, status pages and repair reports in their own language, under your brand. More than 20 languages, every user picks their own. Many monitoring services only speak English.
- App: every user of your customers picks their language
- Alerts and the all-clear in the recipient's language
- Status pages in the visitor's language
- Repair reports in the language of the customer who ordered
Questions about white label
Will my customers ever see Centoculus?
No. Panel, emails, status pages, invoices and the optional app carry your brand. We never contact your customers; support questions come to you, and you reach us as a partner.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You pay us per monitor from your prepaid balance and sell packages at the prices you choose, with your own invoices through your own Stripe or PayPal account.
Is there a monthly minimum?
For white label, yes; the current amount is shown above. Resellers under our brand have no monthly minimum, only the minimum top-up of the balance.
What do I need to provide?
A domain or subdomain for the panel, your logo and colors, a mail server or sender address for the emails, and your Stripe or PayPal account for payments. Your legal pages are linked from the panel.
Do I get reports for my customers?
Not yet. Your customers see uptime and history in their panel and on their status pages; downloadable reports are not available at the moment.
Who carries out the fixes?
We do, on your customer's server, through the Responder (a small program, outbound HTTPS only), SSH as root or SSH access to the webspace. You or your customer order the fix, see the price first, and get the report in the panel.
Can I move my existing monitoring customers over?
Yes. Create their accounts in your panel or let them sign up through your link; monitors are added in minutes.
Sell monitoring that fixes what breaks, under your name.
Apply as a partner, upgrade to white label once approved, and your customers start on your domain.
